This October, the 2nd Kaohsiung HORECA (Kaohsiung Int'l Hotel, Restaurant, Baking and Catering Show) is once again ready to take on the Kaohsiung Exhibition Center, with nearly 230 booths in North Hall. Held simultaneously with the KAOHSIUNG INTERNATIONAL FOOD SHOW and located near trials that will determine taiwan's representative to the Mondial du Pain, the event will surelt draw large crowds of visitors.

Owing to changes in tourism demographics and hotel upgrades, this year markes a significant transition for those in the hotel and restaurant industry. In response to this transformation, exhibitors will present an assortment of kitchen essentials, cleaning equipment, bedding equipment, baking utensis, hotel facilities and more.

With companies such as Younlong, a provider of all-inclusive hotel amenities; Paris Beaute, a distributors of French cosmetics; Bargogo, a supplier of various bartending tools; Sun Mate Machinery, a professional baking equipment specialist, businesses hoping to improve market competitiveness will likely benefit from visiting the exhibition.

Aside from professional hotel facilities, there will also be exhibitors displaying household kitchen appliances, such as water purifiers, ovens, kitchen weight scales, stainless steel cookware, slow cookers, soy milk machines, coffee machines, environmentally friendly detergents and more. With all these life-improving gadgets, the show promisses to satisfy those who cook on a regular basis or enev those merely interested in cooking.
